I have practicing & sharing Yoga Nidra for more than a decade. With my background in psychology and linguistics, I could see how powerful this practice is for rewriting our stories about who we are on the deepest levels of consciousness. And doing so in a way that is safe, accessible and nourishing. Over the years I have shared this practice many in many places, including mental health clinics and schools. More importantly it is the practice I turned to in the last year to help me heal from traumatic experiences and peel back the layers until I felt whole again.
